I made a new parent mistake this morning. When I put Eli in his bouncy seat I noticed a small wet spot the size of a quarter on the back of his pajama's.
My thought: No big deal, I'll just finish what I'm doing and change him in a little bit. It's not like he hasn't touched his own excrement before.
Reality: In less than 10 minutes the urine crawled up his back all the way to his neck creating a wet spot the size of a large pancake. I guess cotton wicks moisture pretty well.
Oops....I guess I'll change him a little sooner next time.
